Our Prices Every project is individual: it has its own parameters and its own editorial and cost requirements. While we treat every project as bespoke and tailor budgets accordingly, we use clear and transparent pricing to arrive at costings.
Filming prices We charge on a 'unit multipied by quantity' basis, with the level of costs according to the number of people, amount of time and range of equipment required to create the project. As a guideline, prices for relatively simple, straightforward filming starts at £500 +vat per day. More complex shoots involving elements such as lighting, tracks, steadicam and so on cost from £1250 +vat per day. These prices are inclusive of production planning, equipment and crew. We can offer discounts where several consecutive days shooting on the same location are required.
Editing prices Another cost consideration is the editing of the footage: the more footage that is filmed, the longer it takes to edit. Generally speaking, one day's shooting generates one to two days editing. Editing prices are between £250 - £350 +vat per day. The higher figure is for one or two days; the lower figure is where longer runs of 3+ days are required. Simple graphics and titles are included in these prices. Specialised graphics or CGI start at £350 +vat an hour.
Scriptwriting and voice-over If voice-over narration is required, our prices are £250 +vat per day for scriptwriting (including research) and from £350 +vat per hour for voice-over recording (including studio costs and artist).
Delivery prices Delivery prices, again, depend on what is required. As a guide, authored DVDs cost from £250 +vat, and an online password-protected 'client access' web page (i.e. to host a private online Video Diary) costs from £500 +vat to set up and maintain for one year.
Our guarantee We are very experienced in pricing jobs accurately and transparently and, unless of course the parameters of the project changes, our quotes are always final and binding. Please feel free to contact us for a no-obligation itemised quote for your project.
